  • Billing details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. AI features and data processing

Rupesy uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as natural language search, deal finding, and price insights. When you use these features:

  • Your queries and relevant product data are processed by our AI systems
  • We use Anthropic's Claude API to power certain AI features
  • Your data is not used to train AI models
  • AI processing is done to serve your specific requests only

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • We use Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU) for database storage
  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account:

  • Your account data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Uploaded price lists and business data will be permanently removed
  • We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes
  • Some data may be retained longer if required by law

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
